We accept most insurance plans, but we encourage you to call us before your appointment to make sure we are contracted with your insurance company.
Insurance plans we do not accept at this time include:

Blue Cross/Blue Shield HMO
First Health
Medicare (new)
Medicaid (new)
Tricare/Champus

If we are not contracted with your insurance company, payment is due at the time the services are rendered, and you will be responsible for filing with your insurance company. We accept several forms of payment including Visa and MasterCard.
