LPFP Patient Portal

The Portal is a place where patients may log in to check messages, lab results, x-ray results, etc. sent from LPFP. Patients will receive an email message directing them to the Portal each time something is sent to it. The Portal is securely protected, so all confidential information will remain within it. A password and activation code will be sent to patients automatically the first time they receive a contact via the Portal. Please save this important information, and call us if you have any problems.
